Built to withstand the toughest of kitchen environments, it superbly combines reliability and versatility, with the durable, easy to clean stainless steel pan with duplex steel base perfect for boiling, steaming, stewing, poaching, braising and shallow frying. It can also be used as a bain marie if required. A steaming tray and 1/1 gastronorm compatible cradle are available as accessories.
