CombiMaster Plus XS.
The all-rounder in a compact design.
Cooking demands precision. From both the chef, as well as from their equipment. Like the CombiMaster Plus XS. It is precise in every respect providing sophisticated technology to support each chef’s individual craftsmanship. At the same time, it is robust, easy to operate and facilitates a high quality of food: crispy crusts, juicy roasts, intense aromas and rich colours. Even vitamins and minerals are preserved. Fewer raw materials are required, it reduces the workload and also improves the energy balance. This is due to the measuring and control centre precisely regulating the consistent cooking cabinet climate and individually adjusting it to the respective products.

The steam generator with steam adjustment produces hygienically fresh steam. Together with the constant cabinet temperature and optimal steam saturation, this provides a consistent cooking process.

Hot air is circulated all around the food with individually adjusted speeds. The reserve capacity is even enough for a full load of pan fried products and frozen foods such as calamari, croquettes or bakery items.
