A 2/1 gastronorm compatible oven, slave door mechanism, precise temperature control facility to ensure superb cooking performance, cook and hold facility that allows food to be cooked and held at optimum serving temperature and 11 shelf positions with six shelves supplied. All finished in easy to clean stainless steel. Supplied as standard upon a fixed stand.
